Lately I’ve been suffering from Sleep paralysis & OBE which are driving me crazy?
Question:by leaving their impact (pains) on my physical body in waking life which are not making any sense to doctors, I could very vividly feel some presence around my body, no matter how (position) I sleep, I’m even knowing that its a female which is surrounding me… what should I do?

Question:In my experiences of sleep paralysis, I always feel like something evil is trying to hurt me or strangle me. Sometimes I have OBE’s and I’ll either hover over my body or sit up out of it. I would like to make these experiences more pleasant and possibly induce having an OBE.
