Transcript: Transcendental Meditation can’t be learned from a book or from a magazine. Transcendental Meditation can’t be learned from a dvd or a cd. Traditionally Transcendental Meditation has always been taught one to one from a trained teacher. This is very important because each one of us is an individual, each one of us has different experiences, we have different questions. So TM is not taught in a group. When we learn Transcendental Meditation with a trained teacher, we learn mantra or sound (that vehicle for the inward dive) and we also learn how to use that sound properly. How not to concentrate, how not to control, How not to manipulate the mind, but to allow this effortless dive within, this really effortless, wonderful dive within. The mind settles down and the body takes a profound state of rest. All the rejuvenatory qualities can take place.

Bobby Roth People always want to know if this thing is so great, if Transcendental Meditation is so great why does it cost money, why isn’t it free? There are a couple of answers to that. First of all Transcendental Meditation can’t be taught out of a book. This isn’t something that simple or simplistic. To learn Transcendental Meditation it’s taught one to one by a trained teacher and it’s taught over time. Four days of initial instruction of about an hour or an hour and half each day and then there’s a follow up program. So in order to teach people Transcendental Meditation we at the David Lynch Foundation and the Transcendental Meditation organization pay the Transcendental Meditation teachers a living wage.

I follow it every week and it’s the best TV show I have seen ever.all about strange events.my favourite things.But do you think they have actually happened?Some of them are just hard to believe.I have heard of getting older but I haven’t ever heard of getting younger untill you are only six! I’m interested in binaural beats. I’ve just come accross it on the internet. You can buy the audios online and download them instantly. Has anyone ever done this and could you tell me if they work. I’m a very stressed person with four kids 2 yrs – 13yrs and have been told to try meditation and goin out for a walk. I’m trying to do these but cant get the time. Eventually when I do get a minute I’m so stressed out I cant be bothered. Wrong I know. So please help. Many years ago i had a friend. the last ime i was with her my mother scared her and she never came back. we were both 11 at the time.
I had read and actually succeeded in astral projection on my own. I showed her how it was accomplished and we travelled together many times.
When she left we kept in touch through astral projection untill age 13. then something happened. Innocense lost.
Years later i became a bornagain christian. no more astal projection.
I asked the LORD one time to reveal to me how the now young woman was doing.
In the dream/vision an angel guided me to her home. I saw her as a young adult laying in bed with her husband, wedding ring.
I saw twin boy and girl.
the second night the angel guided me to her home. This time she was waiting for me. We chatted/informed??? about our lives. she was happy and fulfilled. I will never see her in dream/vision again.
Is this a crock or a true story.??
