other then agreeing with what they are suppose to do, change the frequency of brainwaves (supposedly for the better) they annoy me to no end, its like white noise its too much, doctors office play them a lot ( I suppose to keep people calm) but I always get agitated.
but then again I never did like people messing with my head
The only trust-worthy binaural beats is Hemi-Sync technology, so if you’re using anything other (like i-Doser or Brainwave Generator) then chances are you won’t feel anything ever.
As for Hemi-Sync, you also need original CD audio disk (or at least FLAC recordings), because these version did not look any quality during conversion to other formats (such as mp3). Finally, you need relaxing body position and the best headphones you can get. If you can’t afford any of the above, then no technology will work with you, sorry.
There have been countless studies done on hemi-syc (binaural beats) the most notable studies have been done at the acclaimed “Monroe Institute” in the eastern united states.
Robert Monroe started experimenting with the phenomenon in the 60s and 70s after he had multiple OBE experiences. He owned many radio networks and had the time and money to do the tests. What happens is they play a different frequency of sound in each of your ears. This is supposed to syncronize the left and right side of your brain. This also creates a calming and relaxing state which leaves you open to out of body experiences and other paranormal states.
I believe in the use of binaural beats to induce OBE’s but you have to be open to the belief that they work because no matter what you use to have an OBE you have to believe or your mind will stop you from having one.
