My only example is a recurring demon I encounter sometimes during a Lucid Dream, sometimes however in a much more concrete matrix like environment. I found the deep distinct connection between that such demon and my accumulation of bad habits (Drugs, Pride, Theft).

Evil entities are metaphorical anthropomorphized creations of your waking life issues. Problems manifest on the astral planes. A key point is making this fundamental connection between the two existences. It is highly probable that the Astral Realms are in fact the Heaven/Hell people are so familiar with. Also, jordannnwalkerrr, I don’t think Earth is a hell hole. I don’t have that kind of concept of life on earth at all. I like it. I’ve got a comfortable life and as for things that I need to deal with, I like the challenge. It must be a hell hole for people in Haiti right now, literally, so I feel fortunate about my life, but I’d like to know how it feels to project out of body as well. I’m sorry you see life as a hell hole.

put it this way… you should be more scared to be alive than to be deceased.. you have to let go just like when you go out of body.. you have to accept that the worlds not a pretty place and try to make the best of this hell hole.
