I dont think he was “claiming” evil forces dwell underground. The christian patriarchal structure is just so damn common with most people it’s much easiar to relate it to. Naturally planes in lower parts of the grid absent of light and harmony will appear “Hellish”. Planes in the higher frequencies will appear more “heavenly”.

I did several book reports in middle and high school on the subject… but no one believed it at all but the good news is, they have books on the subject in the libraries here. Maybe not anymore, but they did in the 90s.

I have the Book by Robert Bruce – “Astral Dynamics – A NEW Approach to Out-of-Body Experiences” It’s a very good book and a complete guide that Ive used to do my first OBE.

What I’m saying is that it’s not the Government that’s to blame…. but the people themselves…. the opinions of society are the opinions of the majority of people. You’ll find that it’s human nature to fear change or accepting new things, especially when it comes to philosophy.
It’s not the government that discourages people who follow individuality it’s society itself.

Somehow I doubt that…. the powers are more or less influenced by the general population’s opinions…… this stuff here would be considered pretty “alternative” and as such not a very mainstream concept. Most people aren’t open minded to alternative practices and philosophies….
especially many parents…. if teachers taught astral projection to kids in schools, you’d better believe that there would be a lot of people who would protest it very badly. Society tend to be closeminded

lol, its actually the schools that stop us from reaching our full potential… when you look at ancient cultures and civilisations, you notice although they are far apart, they have a major thing in common, they are very spiritual…. It is in our nature to spiritually evolve, but this western life has too much distractions forcing us to lead artificial lives.

Okay I’ll try this, but in my previous experiences moving around is still by foot, I have to get out of my bed and walk around, no body is left in bed. The environment contains elements that are actually not there in reality or elements that were in place 15 years ago, therefore I have come to conclusion it is some kind of a weird dream.

Yes the hands are transparent sometimes but sometimes look more solid. It is funny to touch face with a hand you cannot see but only feel the touch.

This is generally a good check, but play with some others as well. For example looking at your hands, they will always melt or wither away in the astral.

This is classic OBE indeed, you are almost there, congrats! Keep doing what you are doing and eventually it will be a completely conscious experience. You might try a technique right at this point, where you intently focus on a certain place in your home you know well, looking around the room with your minds eye. You need to get at least 20-30 feet away from your body as soon as possible, as being this close somehow affects full separation.

I have tried following reality check, I know I am in reality breathing through my nose, so I locked my nose with my fingers airtight, and it was quite strange to feel the air still go through my nostrils, kind a contradiction. Then I suspended breathing through nose and opened my mouth to breathe through it and I couldn’t do it. It felt like a skin or plastic bag was over my mouth letting no air through. This was because in reality my mouth was shut, felt bizarre anyway

I happen to go into this state starting from waking state and also from a regular dream. In latter case its not like a regular waking up, but somehow the dream ends and I feel myself lying in my bed. This intermediate state always lasts relatively short time and ends with waking up, independent if it started from waking state or from dream state.

I have following experiences: First I get drowsy and then I feel somethng like electric jolt going through my body and tinnitus like sound in my head and body sensation changes a little bit softer and sometimes I get floating sensation, but it certainly is not OBE because I’m not separating myself from my body, I can get out of my bed and there is not physical body left lying behind. So its not OBE, but what is this?
